I have a Diploma in Integrative Counselling. As a registered member of BACP (British Asociation for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I abide by their ethical framework.
My previous professional experience is within education, working extensively, through coaching and mentoring, with young people and adults. As such I am well placed to fully understand the demands and stresses of the teaching profession and I have an interest in working with teachers and school leaders, albeit not exclusively.
As well as running my private practice, I am also working in Secondary Schools, as a Counsellor for young people and staff. I have extensive experience working with children who experience difficulties in schools.
Since qualifying, I have gained experience in many areas and yet the most invaluable experience is about meeting clients where they are. Unlike other counsellors, i will not give a list of all the areas I can help with.
I am interested in you, in your unique experience and unique desire for change and this cannot be addressed with a formulaic approach.
